Certain employer sponsored programs may include rewards or incentives. Any such rewards or incentives are determined and administered solely by the applicable employer, plan sponsor, or program administrator and are not guaranteed by One Stop Wellness.
Individual health information will not be shared with employers without user authorization except where required to administer a wellness program, support incentive administration, or where otherwise permitted by law.
8. Wellness Incentives and Rewards
Participation in certain wellness programs made available through the platform may be associated with rewards, incentives, or other benefits offered by an employer, health plan, or other sponsoring organization.
Any such rewards or incentives are offered solely by the applicable employer, plan sponsor, or program sponsor, and not by One Stop Wellness unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
One Stop Wellness does not guarantee the availability, amount, timing, eligibility, or delivery of any reward, incentive, discount, premium adjustment, gift, or other benefit connected to participation in any wellness program.
Eligibility for any incentive or reward is determined solely by the sponsoring employer, plan, or program administrator and may be subject to additional terms, conditions, verification requirements, or applicable law.
One Stop Wellness is not responsible for any decision by an employer, health plan, or other sponsor regarding whether a user qualifies for or receives any reward or incentive.
9. Artificial Intelligence Features
Certain features of the platform may utilize artificial intelligence or automated systems to generate insights or wellness guidance.
AI generated outputs are informational and may not always be accurate or complete.
AI generated recommendations should not be interpreted as medical advice.
Users should consult qualified professionals before making health related decisions.
10. Data Accuracy
The platform may rely on data provided by users or collected from third party devices such as wearable technology or health applications.
One Stop Wellness does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such data.
11. Intellectual Property
